Can I copy my build folder and clear out the DB and run the worldserver and auth, with a unique SQL login, and realmlist. It technically should be a fresh server?

To have a completely fresh server, you just need to drop the character db. Auth db to delete accounts, too. World db only if you had changes you need to reset.

You can copy your build folder anywhere, as long as all dependencies are available.
