if u have port forwarding configured correctly (and it actually works bcs some ISP could have complete trash device) and its not blocked by firewall then it should just work

If it continues to work for one of them but not another, and both are outside your network, then I would assume it's not an issue on your end. Perhaps the other one didn't update the realmlist, perhaps they added something to the hosts file making the connection fail, maybe they somehow blocked Wow.exe in the firewall that prevents it from connecting. There could be many reasons.
