I need to fix this duplicate that it generates in the npc because if I press it many times the server crashes since I added a limit that only buffs from level 1 to 79 and at 80 it no longer gives anything.

mod for killstreak ? u just rerun cmake and build solution again.
After 10 kills u get itemID what u set it to

with `ClearGossipMenuFor(player)` at the top of OnGossipHello (and OnGossipSelect if you have options there) you shouldn't have that issue
