I don't even know what you're asking because it's not clear. In Lua or in C++? In C++ it's very relative and depends hugely on what you want to do. ScriptMgr.h is the usual base and then whatever else is needed to do whatever it is you want to do. In Lua it's nothing.

The way config is loaded is pointless as worldserver will automatically load a modules config. This can be removed:

```cpp
std:Confusedtring conf_path = _CONF_DIR;
std:Confusedtring cfg_file = conf_path + "/mod_killstreak.conf";
std:Confusedtring cfg_file_2 = cfg_file + ".dist";

sConfigMgr->LoadMore(cfg_file_2.c_str());
sConfigMgr->LoadMore(cfg_file.c_str());
```

GetIntDefault, GetBoolDefault and the like is deprecated too.
