Okay, well everything is configured properly, so far i don't know what the issue would be. I could try contacting my ISP

np, as long as the IP is resolved properly, the port forwarding is correct and inbound firewall rules are in place, it should work

Pretty sure they are ordered by character id, that's not something you should look into changing, there's probably close to a hundred places in the database where the char id is referenced
