For some reason I assumed that the client was amongst the various codes linked in the instruction. Admittedly this process was a lot more complicated that TC or mangos so I guess I just got lost along the way

The client cannot legally be distributed and AzerothCore isn't affiliated with anything illegal. I can't link it but you can get the client from chromiecraft.com (guaranteed safe and clean)

It should only create a new row whenever worldserver starts and then update it as it needs to. Admittedly I cleaned mine, when I changed the structure of my setup, but that was still a while ago and it's not doing what yours is. That's weird.

I honestly don't know. I would remove all modules and test it again, just to eliminate them as the issue. I've never seen it behave like this so I have no idea where to even begin.
