If it for some reason isn't updating properly in the client I would disagree. The amount of focus generated is the same regardless, which I see now by looking at it, but it still doesn't answer my question about where you modified it.

I wouldn't even call it desync, it's more like the server stops sending updates to the client after reaching a threshold but doesn't actually send the threshold value before stopping.

The client doesn't care, it's the server that's responsible for it and the client does nothing if the server doesn't send it to it.
