Technically no because almost anything can be solved. However, if you don't know how to that's a different story. I also don't understand what kind of setup you're running. If I open ports in any of my routers and make sure nothing is blocking them on the target PC it just.. works.

any way i can help you know more about my situation?
i want to use two computers of my own, one to play on the server and the other to run the server.
