I cant get my friend to connect from outside, I opened all the ports etc. testing with WireShark a Test-Connection cmd on the ports, get forwarded to my correct local IP, when he tries with the client however theres no packets coming through, I made sure to doublecheck realmlist.wtf, acore_auth/realmlist, ports on router. Im kinda clueless what to test at this point, does anybody have an idea?

Depends what *exactly* your friend sees.

His message from the client is just "Unable to connect, please try again later.", if error persists contact blizzetc, like it doesnt seem to try to connect to what it says in realmlist.wtf, I have a wireshark open tracking on both ports, with the powershell thing it gets through, it seems like a client thing for me

There's no connection from client to auth server.
Possible known issues are
- networking (a lot of options, including ports and firewall among others)
- config.wtf/realmlist.wtf not pointing to the public facing IP of the auth server
- a client which keeps overwriting the realmlist

You can check `connection.log` in the clients `logs` dir to see what IP it's connecting to

My mistake, it seems like it doesn't show the IP/address if it can't connect. That's stupid.
