ive always had issues with ports when trying to setup game servers even with minecraft and terraria years ago

Oh yeah, I see 25565 in the list. Hmm. Maybe the forwarding isn't being applied properly? I can't keep track of all these variants of routers so I don't know how yours work.

optionally u can spend some money and buy hosting if everything fails or u are just not willing to spend 50 hours on issue like this

I just use oracle free tier for anything I don't want to host myself, pay 0 and get great performance.
