quick question today. I went looking for the answer elsewhere w/o luck - i see in the GM commands there is a way to learn all of a certain profession. Is there not a way to only level up to a certain skill point? I have a character that got messed up - so recreating them and they had engineering at say 220. Is there a way to set that character's profession to that specific of a point?

Afaik, multi vendor can't be done using DB-based gossip menu. You would need to create a module to support it.
