The first picture there, saying max possible skill is 100 I don't know because that makes no sense but changing the max level will print errors about things that can no longer be done that the server expects to be possible. I.e max level is 20 and something requires levle 80, it can't be done and the server complains about it.

If you set max level to 60 it'll say max possible skill level is 300 and anything above it (conditions, for example) will error out

I used max level 60 for a period of time and had to manage a lot of tables just to supress those errors
