Database. World.item_template off the top of my head. I think field is stack size or something like that.

I imagine they mean interacting with NPCs (talking to them) etc by using left mouse button instead of right, also a feature added in later expansions.

Yes. A few examples and you have something to look into:
```cpp
sWorld->setBoolConfig(CONFIG_LOW_LEVEL_REGEN_BOOST, true);
sWorld->setIntConfig(CONFIG_LFG_OPTIONSMASK, 0);
sWorld->setRate(RATE_XP_BG_KILL_AV, 2.0);
```

Every item that you want to increase the stack size of, yes. You could run a query to update all of them but obviously you would need to filter stuff out.
