Im not aware of an option to change IWT/Click to Move from right to left click.

But I can't imagine someone wants the movement to happen on every selecting left click. One would possibly run towards a party member or target, cancelling tasks.

The OS should offer an option for left handed users to switch buttons.

Lot of people used it in Classic to avoid clicking on player characters standing on NPCs to not attack them and get flagged for combat unintentionally

right so technically it is possible but its not existing option in game and i dont remember if it was possible with just addon or it also needed modded client
