It looks like the 8.2.0 Innovation may not work. (based upon <@976965665141444659> issues. They had downloaded 8.2 because the Wiki page says anything 8 or greater. the "non" Innovation version is called the "Long Term Support" version, but doesn't actually appear to SAY that on the page.

So we should tell people to download 8+ of the "Long Term Support" but since there is no clear indicator of that, the change instead should probably be to tell them to 8+ but do NOT use "Innovation".
