is there a way to add weapon skills to weapon masters for other classes to learn other skills that they dont normaly hhave acess to? is it hard coded some where? if so would someone mind helping me figure it out?

The availability of skills for each class is defined in the dbcs and new ones added to a class will be rejected by the core unless you change the dbcs holding that information.
