I'd advise downloading a proven working SRP6 implementation and printing the result of each step, and then do the same for your implementation. Then you'll be able to pinpoint which step fails in your code

Client sends the credentials in plain text too, doesn't it? I mean when you log in.

Hey guys wanted to report back on my progress. After a fresh install on my wife's mac I still wasn't able to connect to the server over the same network.

However on another pc on my local network I was able to connect without issue. Which leads me to believe it was probably something wrong with the whole MAC and WINERY combo I was trying to run. With it now up and running I just wanted to pop in and say thanks a lot for the troubleshooting. Cheers!

check ports and firewall on the issue pc by default if you use router can have restrictions. Example by local cable connected you will not need open port, but wifi you need to check. Just suggestion
