You can't have subfolders in the addons folder.
Each addon must have it's own folder and the .toc file inside needs to have the exact same name as the folder.
For example:
`interface/addons/pearl/pearl.toc` is right.
`interface/addons/pearl-master/pearl.toc` is wrong
