I think the Individual Progression module has SQL scripts that adjust how much XP you need per level. If you look through those scripts (which have decent comments - so using something like Notepad++ can easily search through them) you should be able to find a reference point.

I'm not sure exactly on the lock picking skill, I started to look into it then just decided to load up the guild bank with the blacksmithing skeleton keys.

I just want to add that the problem was a bad/old version of MPQ editor, so after getting a new one everything works, just wasted 4 hours

I thought i n that too... but... the skeleton keys need blacksmithing leveling (or auto-leveling) and I prefer not to that. I am looking for a solution too

I used GM commands to just create the keys and threw them in the guild bank for my small compliment of friends/family that are on teh server. It is a temporary 'hack' fix, but will probably exist for a long time just due to personal time restraints (though if you figure it out, please report back!)
