(for future reference to anyone who is as ocd as I am, you can fix hand of reckoning not working on fleeing targets by adding a `unitTarget->HasUnitState(UNIT_STATE_CONFUSED | UNIT_STATE_FLEEING)` to `SpellEffects.cpp` in the custom implementation of hand of reckoning in the `Spell::EffectTaunt()` function ^-^)
