I think the description for `Decay.Looted` is wrong, because it behaves inverse of what it implies

If the value is 1.0, corpses disappear instantly

if it's 0.0, then there's no effect on the decay timer

this goes directly against the description which says it's a multiplier for the corpse decay

one would expect from the description that 1.0 \* 120 = 120, not 0, and that 0.0 \* 120 = 0, not 120

I suspect this fell through the cracks because the default value, 0.5, works in both understandings

0.5 x timer (advertised) vs 50% reduction of timer (apparent implementation)
