The issue here is that they were using MariaDB server with MySQL libraries. That never works and produces exactly this error message. You have to use MariaDB libraries to compile the server.

I did but then i got the error and purged mariadb and installed mysql and didnt recompiled.
I also updated mariadb to 10.6 and didnt recompiled. So i think thats the error.

Yes but I'm saying that MariaDB server can't use libmysqlclient-dev or mysql-client. I'm almost certain that was your original issue. You should still stick to MySQL when it comes to AzerothCore or you have to know how to tune MariaDB to get the best possible results.
