When I go by zeppelin to undercity, I only have flightpaths that I have unlocked by walking there. So around undercity and when I go to bootybay by boat, same thing but in around booty bay

Yeah that I figured out but I thought it was somehow treating them as separate instances of Eastern Kingdoms that's why I couldnt fly between those paths

u just need some continuous connection and there could be multiple of them possible through different zones
