i dont know what u want to do...u would have to tell us for us to tell u if what u want to do requires client edit....im saying it bcs my opinion is that if u want something that requires client edit then u either need to ditch idea or if u rly want it there is no reason to make ur life harder on other things while trying to avoid client edit and instead just edit client right away

u could work in linux i work in linux but u also need windows which might be just too many complications for u

Unless you *need* Linux, don't bother. It's good for a server but not as a desktop if all you "need" it for is the server itself.
