if they use reference lists for their epix, then that won't change anything

if they have 10 epics defined on them directly, yes that will do what you want

i see, and if i have 0.1 epic and 0.1 on ref and group lists. Will it maybe clash and have some items be 0.01 rate?

0.1x * 0.1x

should't, unless that 0.1 epic rate applies to rates inside the reference list, which i don't know. most reference lists have similar items so i've never looked into that before.

Explicity-defined item drop rate:
```
Rate.Drop.Item.Poor = 1
Rate.Drop.Item.Normal = 1
Rate.Drop.Item.Uncommon = 1
Rate.Drop.Item.Rare = 1
Rate.Drop.Item.Epic = 1
Rate.Drop.Item.Legendary = 1
Rate.Drop.Item.Artifact = 1
```
Reference list drop rate:
```
Rate.Drop.Item.Referenced = 1
```
The two don't interact, AFAIK.
