Yes, the localAddress field should be set to the local IP (192.x.x.x). If your router can handle loopback/hairpinning it wouldn't matter but if it can't, having localAdress set to the wrong value means local won't work if address is set to the public IP.

totally depends on the size of your internal LAN. mine is 10.x, so I use 255.0.0.0

It's different if you know what you're doing but in this case it's safe to stay with the default to reduce the risk of issues
