No, rerunning CMake and rebuilding is just going to affect the binaries (authserver / worldserver), the database isn't concerned

So the binaries (authserver/worldserver) will be reset? That's ok i wrote down the changes i made in there and they can be redone easily

Do you mean the config files? Those are not the binaries
