The NPCBots one requires you to either use a custom fork or to try and "patch in" the updates from the NPCBots. Is my understanding.

I had initially tried to patch in but got errors - however I realized that I used the wrong patch (there is a separate "AC" folder which I assume is for AzerothCore vs the TrinitBots version).

I have not tried to grab the AC version and patch that one in yet.

You would download that bottom folder that includes the NPCBots, then re-run CMake step and build steps.
