It looks like you need to run SQL statements specific to the NPC bots project to build those tables.

https://github.com/trickerer/Trinity-Bots - that is the main "bots" project. If you go into the SQL folder there that theoretically has what you need. But I don't know what the original screenshot you provided that had those 3 folders was sourced from so....*shrug*.

the screenshot i sent was my /home/ after i made server and sent bots fork onto it, was pretty pointless to send it as i think about it lol

my ASSumption would be that if you go to the Trinity-bots project and checked out the SQL folder it probably has the create statements you are missing.
