Start with [Keira3](https://www.azerothcore.org/Keira3/) and look at existing quests. Use the docs. Try, reload, try, reload, etc.

By reload you mean doing repack like again or do i just write something to reload it ? kinda new to this

sorry, that was less helpful. basically you want to use the `.reload X` command in-game to reload the table you're working with. some things require a server or client restart but a lot can be reloaded while still online.

Oh okay i was afraid i had to compile my repack over and over as if i wanted to add some kind of modules etc

SQL changes don't require recompiles. Anything you change using Keira requires a reload or a restart.
