let's take it as gm .mod speed 10 leaving stormwind..it arrives in westfall calmly with speed before the hacker detects

That's how it works. It isn't designed to instantly detect and handle a hacker, I guess there's a "failsafe" so someone isn't banned due to being flagged as a hacker even though they haven't done any cheating.

I do agree that a speed of 10 and you can get all the way to westfall is a lot longer than it should be.

yes...even the teleport and the fly as soon as the cheat is done he takes action...puts the player on the ground or goes back to where he was...and just the speed...I thought there was a way to configure it... .more peaceful...thank you

I sadly don't use the module but I've looked through it and can't seem to find a way to do what you want to do. If you truly believe this should be changed you could create an issue on GitHub to see if it can be implemented.
