If they can be added via SQL than it feels probable. I have no experience with it.

ah so those are mostly SQL stuff, editing map i guess can be done via noggit .... only like new scripts ,bots for single player etc would be possible by modifying that repack

I'm ASSuming that the repack is coming "built" (compiled) already. Which means anything requiring a code change (which includes adding a module) you cannot do. But if you check the WorldServer.Conf file you will find a lot of "customizations" in there and anything you can do within SQL should get applied as that is just data being read.

So if you wanted to change the price of an item, or level requirement, or mana usage of spells that is all easily enough done via SQL. Theoretically you can even create new items/spells that way as well; as long as the mechanics it uses already exist within the game.
