No that would be visual studio. But you need to run cmake first

how exactly do i do that? i did cmake configure, generate open project right click "all_build" pressed clean and build

Once you have the build done you need to copy the DLL files mentioned into the folder with the AuthServer and Worldserver exe files.
Assuming the config files are setup and database is ready, at that point launch Authserver then Worldserver

I found that wiki overall was really easy to follow. The only part I tripped up on was finding the folder with the Auth and Worldserver.exe and just launching those directly (I kept getting caught up in example scripts on auto launching them).
This may have been my ADHD skim reading, which has often caused me silly issues like this. But figure - learn from me...
