Is it possible to merge existing sql data onto another server? I'm not too experienced in sql, but I was hoping i could combine my AC server, with a friend's AC server.

It is possible. It depends on the changes that have been made, and more.

You can export the data in the auth and character database using SQL commands/an SQL client.

Or export single characters into Pdump files, if the database versions aren't identical.
