Auth/world do need to be running, and you do use Heidi to change values in the DB to allow for people to connect to the server, but new accounts you can make through world with `.account create` command

So video talks about modules that have sqls, and in his he can right click, import, and execute an SQL for that particular table. I'm not sure how I do this function in heidi? I can open the SQL with heidi direct but not sure what will happen/how I apply it to a specific table

For Heidi, you can click the DB in that left tree view, go to file at the top ribbon menu, and either import/run SQL file. Then you'd navigate to the file and open it up
