Yes, for now. Some modules aren't picked up by the auto-updater and in those cases you can copy them to the custom folder. If you're wondering how you know which ones aren't, it's trial-and-error by starting the server and checking if there are issues related to a module.

Ok ty, I see individual progression has this in the instructions:
If using the AzerothCore auto-db updater: Copy all files into AzerothCore/data/custom/db_world
So maybe I will remove all the other and only leave the individual progression sql
