The only suggestion I have is really find a big heal, get the spell id and use `.cast <spell-id>` while targeting the NPC. Beyond that, I wish I could help you with someting better.

I'll try that a bit later, hopefully it works. Maybe I can write a lua script for this scenario that just heals her up, Idk.

Yeah, maybe. If adds and stuff appear I guess a decent workaround would be that the boss slowly heals up automatically and you just have to stay alive until it's fully healed.
