Config: Missing property AuctionHouseBot.DEBUG in config file configs/worldserver.conf, add "AuctionHouseBot.DEBUG = 0" to this file or define 'AC_AUCTION_HOUSE_BOT_DEBUG' as an environment variable.

do you have both `env/dist/etc/modules/mod_ahbot.conf` and `env/dist/etc/modules/mod_ahbot.conf.dist` ?
