Wouldn't it announce up until the pools spawn and then you have a certain amount of time to fish in the pools?

It wouldn't make sense that it's limited to 2 minutes though, that sounds really stupid

Yup makes sense, Its just an interesting thing I wanted to experience, and its meant to last from 2pm till 4pm

Well, the announcement event says the next state change is 14 October which leads me to believe that's when it will start next time, just under a week, so the time shown for the fishing pools event must mean that's when it'll start

Yeah announce starts in a week, the crew and the pools spawn today, Its just starting at 6pm, not 2 pm, that was my confusion
