Ok, it wasnt that option, I re created my configs and enabled the rdf, but still shows I dont own, thats very odd

So it seems to be a permissions, as I logged in with my admin account and it isnt restricted

aaand restarting it and the problem went away, guess it was that setting, I must have forgotten to save
