For nefarian it's also based on a config option. I don't know what the difference is, I'm just judging this by looking at the code - never used the module or anything.

in the config theres an option to enable the pre-aq quest line (witch is quite lengthy) so theres an option to just have aq open and go straight to it instead

For that, looking at the phrasing of the enumerations it confuses me that the if isn't the other way around but what do I know.

not sure what you mean? i the setting is true it flags you as completed bwl, if its false it flags you as done the quest(cause your skipping it)
