No. The core (code base) doesn't have those things compiled into it. It doesn't need them (except maybe JSON).

You can add libs to your module, for instance I used a JSON lib here <https://github.com/azerothcore/mod-chat-transmitter/blob/master/libs/nlohmann/json.hpp>
