Those tables are used to override the .dbc files so to use them you have to insert the data from the .dbc file before editing it

So looks like if I edit the skillraceclassinfo.dbc and add a line with the skill id I can just add them to all classes with the class/race mask of -1, now I just need to learn what the flags do to make it learnable at certain levels and I will be able to do what I want, and failing that ill leave it at 0 and apparently it will be there from level 0 and we can live with it lol but progress thank you so much, and I am learning more
