The client calculates the rate itself, if you change the rate server side it'll fill up faster than the client expects, but the client won't show that

This is what I was about to report. restores mana faster, but the mana value itself is not changed

Changed the mana rate to x10 for testing purposes, hopped on a priest and spammed fortitude. Mana was still capped and I couldn't use more than the regular mana (which was 1x), but mana regeneration was huge.
