Are you just wanting to use the GM command so you can place it where you want it? You can create something else (like a gameObject) and then edit it to be a trigger in the DB.

I guess thats the way to do that in AC. My goal was to place custom trigger by gm command, and use it as teleport point

you're welcome to submit a PR to add a GM command if you like. should be lots of examples of existing commands that you can replicate.
