-- By the way, anyone know if the languages a character knows is stored in the DB? I tried learn all languages on my gm account on one character, and now that character can't speak "normally", I need to pick language everytime I change zones between Dwarven, Titan and something else.. but "normal" isn't working anymore.. on that specific character..

And when you learn all, you also learn a language the client cant handle iirc, hence why you cant speak

I'd look at spell.dbc with wowspelleditor.
Be aware you need to change the server to calculate with the spell data and the client for things like visuals, tooltips, etc.

many spell changes dont need client patch but obviously it will look broken

ah ok, so hearthstone is in a DBC file? then it is more than I want to configure, I only want to change DB stuff.. trying to keep it as blizzlike as possible, but with some minor quality of life enhancements
