No, they are not marked so. I was using not English "i". Same with other letters (on screenshots). I can see them in chats, I can see them here. But I still cant use them.
I mean that its normal to see Cyrillic symbols and other one in game (any language with specific symbols - French, Polish, Espanola) and to use them in chat. But WHY I cant use them when try to create new char?
About modding WoW server - you mean that this issue can be fixed by mods, do you?
