thats different for all routers, of course.. but just those two ports are what I needed to forward

then I have forwarded 80 and 443 as I have a webserver on the same machine, for some web interfaces to controlling items and such, but that is not necessary for just friends connecting

in your authserver.conf and worldserver.conf files all the server stuff should be 127.0.0.1 as well, as long as you have the database and gameserver on the same machine which I guess you have
