Data is basically required to be confirmed and the only reliable source, since it's what every emulator is trying to match, is blizzards data.

u just read those data which are sent and received from server there are multiple techniques like memory reading

I don't believe it's encrypted, no. I could be wrong though, the sniffer used might be doing something but I don't think they need to, or want to, bother with encryption for that.
