I know in the method I'm trying now it says to use an extractor for the maps but it doesn't say anything about that in the docker setup

if you downloaded maps and mmaps from azerothcore itself i cant help you the only thing that can be is you entered wrong path to the data files

dont know how this works in docker setup tbh. But yeah try the classic setup it works like a charm for me and the map files i always generate from my client wich works great for me
